Native to: Central America. Epidendrum physodes is adaptable and has a broad distribution throughout Central America. It grows in warm, wet forests from sea level to 150 meters in elevation.

Flower Description: The small flowers are not very showy and are produced singly.

Additional Information: Grow mounted on cork bark or tree fern and provide even water and fertilizer throughout the year.
