Native to: Columbia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama. Epidendrum lockhartioides grows on trees in tropical forests up to 750 in elevation.
Plant Size: Small. Epidendrum lockhartioides has a pendant growth habit. The stems are tightly clothed in alternate leaves.

Flower Description: Epidendrum lockhartioides produces a few fleshy, waxy flowers on a short flower spike.
