Native to: Ecuador. Epidendrum upanodifforme is native to a river basin that is on the eastern slope of the Andes mountains. This species grows on trees between 1000 and 1600 meters in elevation.
Plant Size: Medium. Epidendrum upanodifforme is variable in plant size. The stems have many leaves.
Flower Size: 0.5 inches (1 cm)
Flower Description: The small flowers are borne on a short terminal inflorescence that produces a few flowers. The flowers of Epidendrum upanodifforme are similar to Epidendrum difforme. All the flowers open at the same time.
